Leadership is human. Understanding it benefits from evidence.
I help leaders and organizations make better decisions by translating leadership and organizational data into clear, actionable insight.
My work blends advanced analytics, systems thinking, and evidence-based leadership development to support thoughtful, effective leadership.
About
I bring over 20 years of experience in higher education and leadership development, grounded in a PhD in Higher Education, with ongoing advanced training in business strategy and data science.
My work is informed by both academic rigor and applied practice. I am a certified trainer in the Arbinger Institute’s Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset, and a certified practitioner of Organizational Analysis and Design (OAD) survey methodology. These frameworks shape how I understand leadership behavior, organizational culture, and systemic patterns.
I believe leadership development should be thoughtful, human-centered, and measurable. My role is to help leaders see patterns clearly, understand what their data is telling them, and make informed decisions that lead to meaningful impact.
My Approach: Integrating Leadership, Systems, and Analytics
My consulting approach integrates three complementary lenses that together create clarity and direction for leaders and organizations:
Outward Mindset (Arbinger Institute): Understanding leadership behavior, relationships, accountability, and how mindset shapes outcomes.
Organizational Analysis and Design (OAD): Diagnosing organizational systems, structure, culture, and alignment using validated survey data.
Leadership Analytics and Data Science: Applying quantitative analysis and pattern recognition to interpret feedback, engagement, and performance data.
What I Do
Leadership Insight Session
A focused, data-informed engagement designed to help leaders better understand their leadership patterns, team dynamics, or organizational environment.
Sessions may include review of existing data (such as 360-degree feedback, engagement surveys, OAD results, or qualitative inputs), identification of patterns and themes, and clarification of high-leverage priorities with practical next steps.
How I Work
My approach is evidence-based, reflective, and systems-oriented. I partner with leaders rather than prescribe solutions, helping them interpret information, explore implications, and decide how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Who I Work With
I work with individual leaders, leadership teams, and organizations - particularly those navigating complexity, transition, or growth, and those who value learning, reflection, and evidence-informed decision-making.
